A Precision Manufacturer Built for the Demands of Aerospace and Industry

Aerocor, Inc. was founded in 2019 by industry veterans with a combined 50 years of hands-on experience in precision metal manufacturing. The company was established with a clear purpose: to deliver the quality, process discipline, and technical capability that aerospace and industrial primes demand—in a shop that operates with the accountability and responsiveness of a family-owned business.

Based in East Windsor, Connecticut, Aerocor, Inc. supplies precision metal details and assemblies to large industrial and aerospace companies across the United States. Our capabilities span the full range of metal-forming operations—from stampings and waterjet cutting to complex weldments and exotic metal forming—all performed under one roof. This breadth of in-house capability reduces supply chain complexity for our customers and enables tighter control over quality and schedule.

What distinguishes Aerocor, Inc. is not simply what we make but how we make it. Our team brings deep process knowledge in working with aerospace alloys—nickel-based, cobalt-based, and titanium-based materials—alongside aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Special processes, including resistance spot welding, seam welding, and hot forming of titanium and other difficult-to-form metals, are performed in-house by experienced personnel.

Aerocor, Inc. holds AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications, reflecting our commitment to the quality management standards required by aerospace and industrial customers. Every part we produce is manufactured under a documented quality system designed to meet the rigorous requirements of our customers' supply chains.

As a family-owned business, we take a long-term view of every customer relationship. We are not a transactional shop. We invest in understanding our customers' programs, their material requirements, and their quality expectations—and we build the processes to meet them consistently.
